I would recommend Audrey in a heartbeat! Audrey has been working with me for about 3 years. She rescued me from a developer who was a legend in his own mind. I have a specialty contracting business, sunrooms, patio covers, patio shade and now solar PV. We have marketing, sales and customer relationship needs like any retail business. Our data base also creates beautiful comprehensive quotes/ contracts, purchase orders for the contracts, tracks payments, creates invoices and I am sure I'm forgetting something! Two main reasons I do recommend Audrey is 1) She is a "people person" who listens carefully, tells you the consequences of your choices/ desires and makes recommendations based on her experience.
2) Audrey develops in an intuitive manner, which makes it easy to train our people and wherever possible creates ways for the client to make simple modifications so we are not dependent for every little thing.
