We had a tricky project to tackle. While I was getting up to speed and trained on FM, we used Excelisys to get our first project under way. The person that was responsible for defining the project on our end was often a "moving target" in terms of expectations and definition of scope. Many times we experienced "feature creep" and changes in how we needed the application to function. Excelisys handled this situation quite well, working to accomplish our project in a professional manner. When we needed support, they were quick to respond and resolve. The online collaboration tools they use keep clients on top of the project. Being the sole FM developer on staff at my company, I plan to use them for support and augementing development of our projects as needed.
