Chris understood who we are, what we do, and how we could do it better.
Transition can be painful. Leaving our old data system behind and moving forward with the new system that Chris developed meant having a lot of faith in what Chris could do for us. The "new" database has served us well for over five years.
It was difficult to answer the questions on productivity and time saved. CARDTech takes twice as long to set up records for families but we are capturing so much more data with CARDTech, that the new and old can't be compared.
I'm excited that our database is so well designed that we have always been able to answer any question that has been asked of us by our management and those who we report to at the state level.
